Cancellation Policy

Full refund: A full refund will be issued for any cancellation requests received at least 10 days prior to the event date. No refund: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 10 days prior to the event. Transfers: If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person. Please notify the host in writing with the name of the new attendee at least [24 hours] before the event. Email requests to chaub2015@gmail.com or text to 310-344-9444. Cancellations by the event host In the unlikely event that we are forced to cancel or postpone the party, we will notify all guests as soon as possible via email and any other relevant communication channels (e.g., social media). Reasons for host cancellation may include, but are not limited to: Inclement weather conditions, such as severe storms or other natural disasters. Public health concerns. Other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. If the event is canceled by the host, attendees can expect the following: Full refund: All ticket holders will receive a 100% refund of their ticket price within 7 business days. Rescheduling: If the event is postponed, ticket holders will be given the option to transfer their tickets to the new date or receive a full refund. Refund process For all eligible refunds, the amount will be processed back to the original method of payment. You do not need to take any action to initiate the refund process after the host cancels the event.
