Wedding cupcakes were originally thought to be a passing fad, but it looks like they're here to stay! It's no wonder: these pint-size confections add a whimsical touch to your wedding reception with the added bonus of being slightly more affordable than a traditional wedding cake.

Are Wedding Cupcakes Cheaper?

Cupcakes typically cost about $3-4.00 each, whereas a traditional wedding cake is a hefty $5-7 per slice.

I'd like to have cupcakes at my wedding. What are my next steps?

How do I set up a tasting?

Please fill out the Catering and wedding inquiries form and we will contact you to set an appointment. There is no charge for the tasting. We have so many flavors to choose from!  Click here to see our Cupcake Menu.

Do you require a deposit?

We do require a 50% deposit of your total order at time of tasting and remaining amount on event day.

​

 

Do you rent cupcake tiers?

We do have many cupcake tiers in stock to choose from that are included with your order.  If you are looking for a specific style, cupcaketree.com or amazon.com offer a wide variety of tiers for your special day.

Do you deliver or set up cupcakes?

Yes. The cost of delivery and setup is based on location and quantity. Please contact buzzy bakes for a quote.

How many cupcakes should I get?

We recommend one-two standard-sized cupcake per guest. If ordering minis, we suggest two-three minis per guest.

​

 

What flavors do you suggest?

We suggest treating your guests to three or four flavors, with a variety of both chocolate and vanilla based cupcakes.  Of course, it's your day, and we'll work with you so that you get exactly what you want!

How can we make our cupcakes unique to our wedding?

We offer many ways to make your cupcakes special. You can have the cupcakes match the color theme of your wedding. You can add decorative toppings like white-sugar pearls or dark or white chocolate curls for an elegant touch. We also accept some special requests such as fondant decorations or custom cupcake wrappers. Please contact us for more details.

We'd like to give the cupcakes away as wedding gifts to our guests. Do you offer individually boxed cupcakes?

Yes! Our boxes have holders to keep the cupcakes secure. We charge an additional $2.00 per cupcake. This covers the cost of special ordering the boxes, time involved to fold them and a special tag or message to your guests.

Do you sell cakes?

Yes. We offer Wedding Cutting Cakes, which adds the perfect final touch for a beautiful display!

No need to sacrifice the traditional cake cutting ceremony-with our cutting cakes, you can have it all!

​

6″ Cutting Cake $60+/feeds 10-12 people

8" Cutting Cake $80+/feeds 15-20 people
